It’s a 5-minute walk from the bus stop to the bridge. The shuttle costs €3.50 one way or €5 for a round trip.

It’s important to note that the shuttle operates only when weather conditions allow, so it may not run in bad weather.

Once you’ve visited the bridge, you can continue your journey to Neuschwanstein Castle, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.

Important Tips for Your Visit

Pets are not allowed on the shuttle bus, and they are also not allowed inside Neuschwanstein Castle.

The shuttle bus does not operate in snow or icy conditions. It also doesn’t run on December 24, 25, 31, and January 1.

In winter, Mary’s Bridge may be closed temporarily due to snow and ice, but the castle is open regardless of the weather.
